MELENIA With absolute respect, passion, and love of our tradition, we created the workshop “MELENIA” in the town of Rhodes. In a place with exemplary hospitality where we collected all the traditional recipes that remained unchanged over time, passed down from generation to generation.

The use of pure ingredients of excellent quality by the Rhodesian nature upgrades the recipes. We invite you to our workshop for a journey through time with recipes from our grandmothers and for a unique and amazing taste experience. We are creating sweets, melekounia, xerotigana, takakia, moschopougia pears, macaroons, pies with tahini and oil crackers, our savory Rhodes cheese pie, and spinach pie, for you.
