Our Dream
With absolute respect, passion and love for our tradition, we built the MELENIA workshop in the city of Rhodes, in a place with exemplary hospitality, where we collected all the traditional recipes that remained unchanged over time and were passed down from generation to generation in our hands. Using pure ingredients
οf excellent quality of the Rhodian land, we added value to the recipes (we invite you to our workshop for a journey through time), with recipes from our grandmothers for a special and wonderful taste experience.
